When Open Dance requested Dr. Ken teach for them, he decided to offer the pole to pole jump amongst other popular skills. Pole to pole transfers remain one of Dr. Ken's most frequently requested skills. This is because he was the first (and to this day, only), performer to jump between two steel static and spin poles in a competition (Pole Expo 2013).

Reverse Fan Kick remains one of Dr. Ken's favorite skills, and casting is a fundamental technique for several other pole skills in which his perspective may differ from the common perspective.
